2. Payments & Pricing

All course fees must be paid in full before access to any course, live training, certification, or downloadable material is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2

All prices displayed are in Euro (€).

2.3

Digital Training Hub reserves the right to amend pricing, course availability, offers, or package structures at any time.

2.4

Failure to complete payment plans or instalments may result in suspension or removal of access to course materials and services.

3. Refund Policy

3.1

All purchases made through Digital Training Hub are non-refundable.

3.2

Due to the digital nature of our products, services, downloadable resources, and educational content, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will not be provided once payment has been made.

3.3

By enrolling in any Digital Training Hub course or programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are purchasing access to educational content and training materials;

  • course access is delivered immediately or within a reasonable timeframe after payment;

  • all sales are final.

If Digital Training Hub cancels a course, live session, or programme entirely and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

We do not guarantee:

  • career advancement;

We do not claim that the skills, techniques, or strategies learned within our courses will guarantee a successful production, profitable business, or actionable career path.

4.4

However, we stand by our ability to provide high-quality educational training, practical guidance, and industry-relevant skills designed to help participants develop their knowledge and capabilities within their chosen field.

4.5

Individual results will vary based on factors including effort, experience, consistency, market conditions, technical ability, and personal circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property & Course Usage

5.1

All course materials, videos, branding, resources, graphics, templates, downloads, documents, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Digital Training Hub unless otherwise stated.

5.2

You may not:

  • copy;

  • reproduce;

  • redistribute;

  • republish;

  • resell;

  • upload;

  • screen record;

  • share login access;

  • modify;

  • publicly display; or

  • commercially exploit

any course content without prior written permission.

5.3

Unauthorised distribution or piracy of course materials may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where applicable.

6. Student Conduct

6.1

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, moderators, guest speakers, and other students.

6.2

Harassment, abusive conduct, hate speech, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, spam, or inappropriate communication within our platform, community groups, or live sessions may result in immediate removal without refund.

6.3

Digital Training Hub reserves the right to moderate all communities, discussion areas, live sessions, and communication channels.

7. Course Access & Availability

7.1

Course access periods may vary depending on the product purchased. Specific access durations will be outlined on the sales page or checkout process.

7.2

We reserve the right to:

  • update course content;

  • modify modules;

  • change instructors;

  • discontinue features;

  • alter schedules; or

  • remove outdated materials

where necessary to maintain educational quality or operational requirements.

7.3

While we aim to maintain uninterrupted platform availability, we cannot guarantee continuous access due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
